12.When is your fiscal year end and when is your annual meeting of stockholders?
 Raptor's fiscal year ends on August 31. Our 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders was held in Novato, California on March 9, 2010. Please read our proxy statement (DEFR14A) located with other SEC filed documents in the Investor Relations section of our website.

13.Have you had any stock splits?
 Since our merger with TorreyPines in September 2009, we have not had any stock splits.

14.How many shares are outstanding?
 As of August 13, 2010 Raptor Pharmaceutical Corp. had 30.0 million shares of common stock and zero shares of preferred stock outstanding.
